Where is the store located?

Our boutique is located at Plaça Comas 15-16, Barcelona. If you wish to view the collections or try on any garment, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will confirm availability and the best time to visit.

How can I try on a garment before buying?

We offer personalized in-store service. Contact us via WhatsApp and we will reserve the item or size you are interested in so you can try it on comfortably at our Plaça Comas boutique.

Which brands do you work with?

At Marta Folch BCN, we select European and Spanish brands that share our vision of quality and design.:

Each season we renew the selection with new capsules and limited drops, available at the boutique and online at martafolchbcn.com.

How long does shipping take?

We ship with 24/48 hour courier service on working days once the order is confirmed. We will notify you by email when your order leaves the boutique.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order. Garments must be in perfect condition and with their original tag. To process a return or exchange, please write to info@martafolchbcn.com or via WhatsApp.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards, as well as the methods available at checkout. We currently do not work with PayPal.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. If you are in another area, please consult us via WhatsApp and we will confirm options and costs.
