How to take your measurements
Chest circumference: Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it horizontal and not too tight.
Waist circumference: Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the navel.
Hip circumference: Measure the widest part of your hips and glutes, keeping the tape straight and not too tight.
